Received my ALS Pro cover for my 2017 Ram 1500. The installation could not have been easier. After a few days I was looking at the plastic latch assembly near the cab that holds the cover when folded. Figured the hot Florida sun was gonna dry those out at some point so I ordered replacement parts just to have on hand. After a few hours I received an email from customer service asking if there was a problem with my cover and were there any parts missing. They had seen my new order for parts. I replied no issues just getting some backup parts. My point is that I've never had any customer support for any product ever reach out like that. If they care enough and are on the ball enough to pick something like that up I say the product itself has to be amazing. And so far... it is!
I own a 2024 ford maverick. I recently bought a ALPRO3 low profile cover. The only thing is if your maverick has a drop in bed liner the latch bracket hold down clamps can not fit in the location of the latches for the cover. I had to remove one of the hold down clamps to make it work. Other than this it fit great . Simple to install and it looks good on my truck. Very durable as well. If it wasn’t for the latch bracket I would hav given it 5stars. Now I hope it holds the water out of the bed.
I’m so happy with it and the install was maybe 15 min. I’m thrilled and it looks SHARP.
The cover came packed extremely well. Installation was easy. Very solid build and keeps out the weather. Like the look and streamlined design.
2024 Ram limited Longhorn. Easy installation, great fit! I am 63 yo and did the install by myself in about 45 minutes. Have had it for several weeks and no water intrusion so far. I have the factory drop-in bed liner and install was fine, no real issues. Makes the bed secure when tailgate is locked.

Found you guys on YouTube and after tons of research, I finally decided to pull the trigger. Super easy to install and only took me 20mins. Love the fact it's low profile and most of the others that are not look grandpa'ish. Super happy with how it looks on my 24 Tacoma and would definitely recommend this product.

Tonneau cover showed up quickly and in good shape. Cover is lightweight and easy to install. Had a heavy rain and had some water come in, going to adjust it a little bit to see if I can stop the water from coming in. If not for that it would be a 5 Star all around. Will be back to edit if no rain comes in next time.
Great cover, look good sad part is its leaking on the two front corners I tightened the claps tighter and now waiting on another rain storm. I hope it works if not then I will have to readjust the cover but I do have a bed liner and that also could be part of the problem. (waiting on rain)!!!!

I am normally a very big skeptic when you can find a product that is half the cost of the leading name brands. This product claim to be a great product no flaws hold 300 pounds. Call me crazy I thought no there’s no way that’s gonna be. It’ll just do. What I found out was this is a superior product. They delivered on all their promises. It shipped to me quickly, and they are veteran friendly. I would buy this product again and again. I look forward to seeing their catalog of products that I could add to my vehicles.
Purchased the AL3 on sale. Great deal! Installation was a breeze. Took my time and it was 25 minutes from the time I opened the box. Easy adjustments on the latches and off we go! Was wondering about any effect on Gas mileage. Seems to have added 1-2 mpg after the first full tank. Added bonus!

I want to give this this cover a 5-star rating. It is a great value with some major drawbacks. My rating is 3.5.
Pros
1. First and foremost, the customer service has been excellent. They want you to be happy.
2. Cost is excellent for what you are getting. Most other options like this are $300 to $700 more.
3. Installation is easy (also a con, see below).
4. Adjustment for the back panel is easy even for someone with limited mechanical skill like me.
5. Removal is easy for full bed access (also a con, see below).
6. It shipped fast and was packaged great.
7. It looks great on the truck (other than at the bulkhead - see below).
8. Made in Canada and USA.
Cons
1. Installation instructions related to the Weatherstripping need to be better (granted I sucked the first time putting it on and they did send me new WS at no cost). It needed to be further back from the bulkhead and straighter (straighter is my fault). It should also say to test fit the cover first before applying the weatherstripping to make sure it gets in the right place.
2. The biggest issue in my opinion, for the 2024 Colorado, the cover is too short. Like over an inch (see picture). They told me this is normal, but I don't agree. It would be so much cleaner and less chance for water to enter under the weatherstripping if the cover was all the way to the front of the bulkhead. The only place I have light intruding is in the front of the box (related to the crappy fit of the plastic cover over the box from Chevy).
3. This cover locks on with only 2 hand tightened, all plastic clips on the front panel (near the bulkhead). My cover loosened up after several days and moved. And I have had to tighten the clips again since then. Then the third back panel towards the tailgate locks on with a latch over a steel bracket you add to the box. My concerns here are if this was just the cover starting to settle in or will I have to continually tighten those all the time (this is yet TBD).
NOTE: the second panel doesn't lock down, but I can live with this for the price. You can lift it up a bit, but it doesn't compromise the cover IMO.
4. I am concerned about the durability of the all-plastic front locking clip over time. I don't want to over tighten and break it.
5. I had glue marks on the corner pieces (see picture). I was able to use goof off to remove some of this, but it is still there on some of them (not a deal breaker for me).
So that sums it up. I don't think you will get a better cover for the money. I am keeping this based solely on the cost versus other products. But I also think if you have the 23-24 Colorado, you may want to look elsewhere based on fitment at the bulkhead (can't talk about other trucks).
