Returns and Refunds

We will provide a refund for a product returned to Worksport, subject to the following policy and procedure.

An unopened product, or a product in a resaleable condition (including all tags, labels, parts, manuals, and accessories), returned with a valid receipt or proof of purchase within thirty (30) days of purchase, may receive a refund to the original method of payment.

Defective Products

Worksport will accept returns within thirty (30) days for products that are defective or missing hardware due to Worksport error.

Upon verification of defect, Worksport may offer free return shipping or send replacement parts.

Warranty

Register your product to streamline warranty claims.

To start a warranty claim, request an RMA number by filling out the return authorization form.

Provide photos of the installed part and defect when submitting a claim.

Exchange

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Shipping and Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply based on item condition.

Return shipping labels may take 2-3 days to be issued.

Please allow 5-7 days for credit processing after return receipt.
